Island Stoneware is looking for new wholesale customers. Our current family of retailers stretches from St. John’s to Vancouver and into the United States. Browse our current retailers. Our mission is to create beautifully designed, handcrafted pottery and consistently deliver it to our retailers so their shelves are always full of Island Stoneware. Empty shelves equal lost sales opportunities and want to make sure our customers have the greatest chance of success.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Minimum initial order for new accounts is $500.
Once we have received a copy of your order, you have 5 business days to make changes.
Orders typically take 3-4 weeks to make. Orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
We do not accept returns. We provide account credit or reimbursement for damaged items.
Order payment is required in full prior to shipment.
In Canada, shipping costs are additional and typically less than 10% of order value. We work hard to keep shipping costs low and pass those savings along to our retailers.
Orders that contain damages, shortages, or any other issues must be reported to the studio within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
You must have a brick and mortar location to carry Island Stoneware products. If you have a brick and mortar and online store, you many only list products that carry in your brick and mortar store stocks.
