A: Can I continue to use my Island Stoneware if it got cracked or chipped?
Cracks, no. Chips, maybe. Cracks are a source of weakness and you run the risk of your pottery breaking while using it which might mean scalding hot coffee or tea in your lap and/or broken pieces of pottery in your food. If you chip your dish and no crack has formed then it is likely just a cosmetic issue and your pottery will still be oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. The chipped area may become a weak spot on your pottery so check for cracks before each use.
